The subs were ok, but the place looked like it hasn't been mopped in a while. We were the only ones in there until we left. Maybe 4 o'clock is the dead hour, but it wasn't appealing. When I asked where the bathroom was, they were outside and had to be unlocked with a key. Come on, it's not a gas station.

Sigh... Another place I used to love when I lived around here. We got there during the lunch peak, but it wasn't super crowded yet. We were greeted by a very miserable woman who was grumbling and complaining about her coworker. When she looked up at us she didn't even bother to stop and welcome us or even take our order. She continued grumbling for at least two more minutes while trying to focus back on her task. Really? Not the best person to represent your company. She also looked like she just rolled out of bed. The special of the day was their famous rare roast beef - woohoo! Always a fav as well as their made to order fries. Again, it was peak lunch so they should be nice and hot right? RIGHT? No. :( They were warm at best. So sad. I didn't need to eat those anyway... My rare roast beef sub? Well... it was rare, but no flavor. What happened Jon Smith Subs??? You used to be so yummy and good. I kept having to sprinkle on some S&P to give it some flavor. The sub also seemed to be lacking something - more meat? More fillers? The bread just seemed to be very empty this time. Don't remember it being like that before. Maybe it was because it was the special. If so, boo on them. My sister's Italian sub looked pretty full. Very disappointed. I would rather have gotten a good sub from Publix.

went again did a party for the office. the staff was so friendly , as always . they put everything in a box got us all the necessary utensils even walked me to the car. i mean this is service . the food come on its Jons , all the subs and fries where amazing. the bomb ones are the best to me. good prices too subs are in a league of their own. good job to the staff.

Great food, awesome staff! Tracy and Yvette rock! A little advice, call ahead 10-15 minutes 561-642-4300- It will make the wait a lot less, especially in the drive thru.

Finally decided to try out this sub shop after 3 months of driving by it. Parking lot was clean. Place was clean and staff was very friendly. Even helped my oldest decide on what she wanted. Me and hubby decided to split a cuban chicken sub and it was AWESOME! Better than subway. Even my kiddos cheese burger sub was delish. Everything was hot and fresh even the bread. Will be going back asap. Lol.

I like that this particular location has a drive thru window. That to me is a plus in this shady part of town. Never had an issue with my order here an it has always satisfied.
